anything to do with Geiger counter? Cant help but notice 6 spots :-)
Morse code? There is no 6 dots but it could work out to SS, or Hi if we assume spaces? Anywhere close?
if i were you, i'd study the crypticklers unraveled so far. you'll discover there's a clue lying in each of the answers to crack the code for any cryptickler.

Braille system uses 6 dots to represent alphabets, numbers, etc.
so, the code is nothing but the positions of the dots in the 6-dot table.
Decoding the cryptickler with this gives LOUIS BRAILLE who actually devsied the Braille system for blind.
